​1 Black Candle (for protection and absorbing excess energy)  
​1 White Candle (for peace, light, and new balance)  
​Seasonal Botanicals (dried sage, rosemary, or fallen autumn leaves)

​Ritual Steps

​Prepare Your Threshold:
